As the company has grown so has our range of services we can offer, this began with maintenance of Dyeline copiers and repairs on drawing boards and through an ongoing program of intensive training we are now able to offer maintenance and servicing on all the latest hardware! As the market place and technology develops to keep with the needs and demands of the modern CAD office so our service department has to be dynamic and we are!!
As part of our servicing team Standing Stone D.O.S offer a comprehensive range of service contracts covering large format inkjet and copier machines. Standard contracts cover a 12 month period and are usually based upon a 12 working hour response, these normally cover parts and labour if the fault is as a result of machine error not operator error. We have OCÉ and HP fully qualified engineers providing service cover for the major manufacturers in the market, and we also can provide engineers for other manufactured machines such as Xerox, Ricoh etc.
We also provide engineers on a call out basis and offer other services such as machine relocations and installations as well as a range of more traditional services to cater for the needs of the more traditional drawing office.
