As part of our servicing team Standing Stone offer a comprehensive range of service contracts covering large format inkjet and copier machines. Standard contracts cover a 12 month period and are usually based upon a 12 working hour response, these normally cover parts and labour if the fault is as a result of machine error not operator error. We have OCÉ and HP fully qualified engineers providing service cover for the major manufacturers in the market, and we also can provide engineers for other manufactured machines such as Canon, Xerox, Ricoh etc.
We also provide engineers on a call out basis and offer other services such as machine relocations and installations as well as a range of more traditional services to cater for the needs of the more traditional drawing office.
